MISCELLANEOUS

Tour Itinerary & Regulations

  • The tour guide reserves the right to make changes to the itinerary based on multiple factors without prior notice.

  • Smoking is strictly prohibited on the bus. Please adhere to smoking restrictions at tour locations.

  • Wi-Fi may not be available on some tours. Misuse of Wi-Fi is strictly prohibited.
  • Audio or video recording of the entire tour is not allowed. Sharing such recordings on social media is explicitly forbidden.

Booking Confirmation & Departure

  • You must present:
    • Tour voucher
    • The credit card used for booking
    • A valid ID
    • These must be shown to a Royal City Tours staff member upon boarding.
  • The departure location, time, and date are listed on the confirmation voucher.
  • Late arrivals:
    • Clients who fail to show up on time as stated on the confirmation voucher will be considered a NO-SHOW.
    • A 100% penalty applies, and the deposit or full payment will be forfeited.
    • We strongly recommend arriving 15 minutes prior to departure time.

Refund & Cancellation Policy

  • Free Cancellation – You may cancel your reservation up to 24 hours before the experience starts for a full refund.

Pricing & Availability

  • All prices are subject to availability and may change without prior notice until full payment is received and confirmation is issued.
  • Tickets are valid only for the specific date and time of the reservation.
  • The full price must be paid before the start of the tour.

Boarding & Seating

  • Boarding and seating are conducted on a first-come, first-served basis.
  • Pick-up locations are from Manhattan hotels only.

Tour Timeliness & Service Disclaimer

  • Royal City Tours strives to provide on-time service, but departure and arrival times are not guaranteed due to:
    • Weather conditions
    • Traffic delays
    • Holidays
    • Unforeseen circumstances
  • Royal City Tours is not responsible for delays or cancellations caused by factors beyond our control.

Tour Itinerary & Regulations

  • The tour guide reserves the right to make changes to the itinerary based on multiple factors without prior notice.
  • Pick-up and drop-off locations cannot be changed after booking.
  • Meals, hot beverages, and alcohol are not permitted on board.
  • Smoking is strictly prohibited on the bus. Please adhere to smoking restrictions at tour locations.
  • Luggage and suitcases are not allowed on board. We recommend leaving them at your hotel.
  • Royal City Tours reserves the right to inspect any items brought on board for security reasons.

Liability & Safety

  • Royal City Tours is not liable for:
    • Lost or damaged items during the tour.
    • Injuries sustained while entering or exiting the vehicle.
    • Road conditions, tour locations, or interactions with persons, animals, or objects during the tour.
  • Passengers are responsible for their own safety at all times.
  • Traveling while intoxicated is prohibited. We reserve the right to deny service without a refund.
  • Royal City Tours reserves the right to charge fees for damages caused to the vehicle during the tour.

Technology & Media Policies

  • Wi-Fi may not be available on some tours. Misuse of Wi-Fi is strictly prohibited.
  • Audio or video recording of the entire tour is not allowed. Sharing such recordings on social media is explicitly forbidden

Booking Confirmation & Departure

  • You must present:
    • Tour voucher
    • The credit card used for booking
    • A valid ID
    • These must be shown to a Royal City Tours staff member upon boarding.
  • The departure location, time, and date are listed on the confirmation voucher.
  • Late arrivals:
    • Clients who fail to show up on time as stated on the confirmation voucher will be considered a NO-SHOW.
    • A 100% penalty applies, and the deposit or full payment will be forfeited.
    • We strongly recommend arriving 15 minutes prior to departure time.

Refund & Cancellation Policy

  • Free Cancellation – You may cancel your reservation up to 24 hours before the experience starts for a full refund.
  • Rescheduling is free of charge if done at least 24 hours before the tour.
